The pressing process is the process of taking oil from the flesh of the fruit with quality standard control based on oil loss. Oil loss is greatly affected by the processing process from boiling to clarification. The loss of palm oil contained in the pulp of the press at the PKS Lubuk Dalam PTPN V press station can affect the quality of palm oil. Therefore, the purpose of this analysis is to find out the level of oil loss obtained from the extraction of press pulp. This analysis was carried out after the production process was completed in the morning by taking samples as much as ± 10 g, samples that had been taken at the press station were taken to the laboratory for nut sorting and continued by extracting samples using the socleation extraction method with n-Hexane solvent for ± 8 hours. The results of the analysis obtained the average oil loss content was 4.51%. The standard oil loss allowed at the press station is 7%. These results show that the loss of palm oil in the pulp of the press has met the quality standards set by the mill.
