Observations on the determination of free fatty acid levels in samples of
RBDPO and RBDPS at PT. Indonesian VVF. Determination of free fatty acid
levels in samples of RBDPO and RBDPS at PT. Indonesian VVF is carried out by
alkalimetric titration method using sodium hydroxide (NaOH) 0,1 N solvent. The
results of the analysis obtained free fatty acid levels in the RBDPO was 0.064 % -
0.070% and the results of the analysis of free fatty acid levels in RBDPS were
0.050% - 0.051%,. These results indicate that the levels of free fatty acids have
met the specifications in PT.VVF Indonesia
