Determination of water content and oil content in the extracted cake press using the socleation method has been done at the Begerpang Palm Oil Mill. Determination of water content and oil content in the press cake (palm pulp) using the socleation extraction method with n-hexane solvent for 6 hours with samples of palm pulp coming from five different oil palm plantations. This analysis aims to determine the moisture content and oil content of the press cake (palm pulp). The results obtained from the water content on the cake press (palm pulp) with an average of 33,32 % and the oil content on the cake press (palm pulp) with an average of 3,66 %. The analysis in the Begerpang Palm Oil Mill laboratory was in accordance with the quality standards that had been set that is the water content in the press cake (palm pulp) was less than 38% and the quality standard for the oil content in the press cake (palm pulp) was less 4 %.
