| dc.description.abstract | Drinking water is water that has gone through a processing process or without a processing process that meets health requirements. Water that is used as a staple to be processed into drinking water is called raw water. While reservoir water is drinking water that is in the storage building before being distributed to the community. One of the requirements for good drinking water according to the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No.492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010 is its metal content that does not exceed the specified limit. The purpose of this experiment was to determine the levels of Manganese (Mn) and Copper (Cu) metals in raw water and reservoir water at the Drinking Water Treatment Plant of PDAM Tirtanadi Sunggal. The method used in this experiment is the colorimetric method using a colorimeter with the addition of 0.1% PAN Indicator Solution for analysis of Manganese (Mn) and the addition of Cu Ver 1 Copper Reagent Powder Pillow for analysis of Copper (Cu). From the results of the analysis carried out for four months, manganese (Mn) levels in raw water were obtained in November 0.157, December 0.097, January 0.384, February 0.096 and for reservoir water in November 0.045, December 0.003, January 0.003, February 0.023. And for copper (Cu) in raw water, the results were obtained in November 0.00, December 0.00, January 0.02, February 0.00. While the reservoir water in November 0.01, December 0.00, January 0.02, February 0.00. Based on the data obtained, levels of Manganese (Mn) and Copper (Cu) in raw water and reservoir water have met the water quality standards by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No.492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010. | en_US |
