Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Kompetensi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Cipta Baja Raya Foundry
Abstract
Performance can be influenced by several factors, such as work discipline, workload and work competence. Based on the observations that have been made, it is found that there are several factors that cause employee performance to be less than optimal. Where the benchmark seen is based on perception, namely the level of employee absenteeism that exceeds the standards set by the company, during breaks there are still employees doing work and lack of information or employee knowledge at the time of measurement and the addition of chemical liquids into the mold which can cause product rejection. The population in this study were all employees of the production division of PT. Cipta Baja Raya Foundry. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, workload and work competence on employee performance using multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 21 software. And the coefficient of determination value was 82.1%, meaning that the variables of work discipline, workload, and work competence has an effect of 82.1% on employee performance with the remaining 17.9% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
