dc.description.abstract | The title of this research is the influence of organizational communication of public relations department on the performance of the employee of Tapanuli Utara District government. This research applied the theories of organizational communication and work performance. It used the quantitative research method with multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The data were analyzed by using statistical data processing software. The population was all 66 employees in the public relations department of Tapanuli Utara District Government and all of them were taken as the samples of this research. | en_US |
