dc.description.abstractHuman Resources in the company's organization is the key to the company's success, because basically humans are the ones who design, install, operate and maintain the company's integral system. Good performance of human resources or employee is a desired state of every company. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given. There are many problems related to performance can arise in a company including PT RAPP. PT RAPP's employee performance problems are caused by work stress and working environment conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and working environment conditions on employees of PT RAPP. The data collection method was obtained by distributing online questionnaires. The results showed that work stress had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, work environmental conditions had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job stress and work environment conditions had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.en_US
