PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Riau Mainland conducts employee performance assessments based on Individual Performance Targets (SKI), which are carried out at the end of each year by each unit. From the results of the assessment, it was found that the Individual Performance Value in 2019 was 27% P2 (Very Good), in 2020 it was 97% P2 (Excellent) and in 2021 it remained at 97% P2 (Excellent), but there are no employees who have a P1 score. (Special). This study aims to determine whether leadership, work motivation and compensation have an effect on the performance of PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Riau Mainland employees. The method used is a survey method. The population in this study were permanent employees totaling 46 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with a closed questionnaire as a data collection instrument, and the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis and interpretation of the study indicate that partially the leadership variable has a value of tcount (1.335) < ttable (2.016) with a significance (0.189) > a (0.05) meaning that leadership has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, this indicates that employees are able to work well even though they are not supervised. Work motivation has a value of tcount (2.766) > ttable (2.016) with a significance of (0.008) < a (0.05) meaning that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, and compensation has a value of tcount (6.795) > ttable (2.016) with a significance (0.000) < a (0.05) means that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously the variables of leadership, work motivation and compensation get a value of fcount (63,787) > ftable (2.82) with a significance (0.00) < a (0.05) meaning that the leadership variable can have a significant effect on employee performance if done together - same as the variables of work motivation and compensation. And obtained the value of the coefficient of determination is 80.7%, meaning that the variables of leadership, work motivation and compensation have an effect of 80.7% on employee performance with the remaining 19.3% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
