Analisis Pendapatan dan Nilai Tambah Berbagai Usaha di Kelompok Tani Juli Tani (Kasus: Kelompok Tani Juli Tani, Desa Sidodadi Ramunia, Kecamatan Beringin, Kabupaten Deli Serdang)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of income and value added from processing red chilies into chili sauce, chili powder and chili crumbs in the Juli Tani Farmers Group Industrial Business, Sidodadi Ramunia Village, Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research location was chosen deliberately with consideration because the Juli Tani Farmers Group's Red Chili Industry Business is an agricultural business unit that directly processes its own agricultural products, where this business has a red chili commodity area of 38 hectares right around the red chili processing area. Data analysis was carried out using income analysis and the Hayami method. The results showed that the comparison of income between chili sauce, chili powder and chili crumbs with the highest income per production was in chili powder of Rp 6,016,398 and the added value obtained from processing red chili into chili sauce, chili powder and chili crumbs in the processing industry. The Juli Tani farmer group is classified as high. The highest added value ratio is in the chili powder business of 76,10%.
