The battery is a backup energy that can store electrical energy which is very efficient to use and easy to maintain. However, the battery capacity will run out over time, so it needs to be recharged by using fossil fuel electricity. However, as the use of fossil energy is increasingly limited. With advances in technology that helps in utilizing wind energy. By using the energy that comes from the wind that rotates the wind tur-bine shaft. The rotation will be converted into mechanical energy which will then be converted again into electrical energy in the generator. In this process we use a tool called a battery charger. The battery charger functions to drain electrical energy so that the battery power is fully charged and can be used, the battery charger system works by cutting the current automatically when the battery is full to avoid over-charging. To ensure that the incoming voltage is stable, it will be controlled by the ESP32 microcontroller. The ESP32 microcontroller is one of the microcontroller families introduced and developed by Esspressif Systems. This microcontroller is equipped with a Wi-Fi module and coupled with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). By using the current and voltage sensor INA 219, the input voltage is obtained with an average of 4 Volts which is increased by DC to DC to get a constant voltage to charge the battery
