dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the partnership system of farmer in Simalungun Regency, analyze the comparison of production costs and income comparisons in the broiler farming business in partnership with PT. A and PT. B. The method of determining the sample used is the population of broiler farmer in partnership with PT. A and PT. B. The number of samples studied were 47 respondents, namely 30 farmer who partnered with PT. A, and 17 farmer who partner with PT. B. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis which includes analysis of costs, revenues, income, and the comparison of revenues and costs (R/C ratio), BEP, and broiler chicken performance. It is of this research are, Broiler farmer in the partnership with PT. A and PT. B in Simalungun has something in common, namely the company provides sapronak assistance namely DOC and feed and PPL (Field Extension Officier) where the cost will be paid after the end of maintenance and the company is also responsible for chicken marketing affairs ; Broiler farmer in partnership with PT. A and PT. B in Simalungun has a significant difference between the total production cost and the production cost per head where the rodukction cost of PT. A of Rp. 237.673.251 or Rp. 32.183 per head while PT. B the production cost is Rp. 158.549.981 or Rp. 34.292 per head ; Broiler farmer in parthership with PT. A and PT. B in Simalungun has a significant difference between total and per head has a significant difference between total and per head, where PT. A of Rp. 258.478.209 or Rp. 35.000 per head while PT. B of Rp. 169.089.106 or Rp. 36.572 per head. ; Broiler farmer in partnership with PT. A and PT. B in Simalungun does not have a significant difference between income where income at PT. A has an average of Rp. 2.817 while at PT. B Rp. 2.279 ; However, there is no significant difference between the level of efficiency (R/C), that is, each company has an R/C value > 1 where R/C PT. A is 1,807 and PT. B of 1,071 so that both companies are eligible to be partner companies.en_US
