dc.description.abstractDetermination of iodine value had been carried out on RBD Palm Olein and RBD Palm Stearin, iodine value analysis using the Wijs method. The average results of the analysis obtained that the levels of iodine in RBD Palm Olein obtained are 56.75; 56.73; 56.91 and Palm Stearin's RBD is 28.22 ; 27.90 ; 27.88. Good quality of palm oil for laboratory analysis in production tanks, namely, the level of iodine value according to the standard for RBD Palm Olein (min 56) and RBD Palm Stearin (max 48). Based on the results obtained, the iodine value in the derivative products of RBD Palm Olein and RBD Palm Stearin in the production tank is still within the quality standard set by the factory and can be marketed.en_US
