Mandailing Natal County residents, District Siabu, in the village of
Lumban Dolok rubber plantations have worked for generations of ancestors and is
the principal livelihood for the majority of the population. Commodity rubber for
Mandailing Natal County Government itself is a commodity that has an important
role in the plantation sub-sector contribution to improving local revenue ( PAD ).
This study aims to analyze the pattern and rubber agroforestry revenue
contribution as a model of community forests and rubber plantations financially
analyzed as a model of community forestry in the village of Lumban Dolok. Data
collection was conducted by collecting primary data and secondary data .
Sampling was done by purposive sampling. Other considerations in sampling the
rubber plantation farmers are already producing for 34 samples from 348 families.
Analysis of the data used in this study is the observation of patterns of
agroforestry and financial analysis with a few to find out, namely: Net Present
Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR Net), Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
The results showed that the combination pattern of smallholder rubber
agroforestry systems implemented in two patterns namely rubber with seasonal
crops (rice) and rubber with annual crops (kakao) and the highest NPV is the
pattern of the second combination (rubber with kakao), Rp. 192,325,332.78 / Ha,
BCR value of 3.07 and 29.9 % IRR.
