One of technique to increase resilience among students as victim of bullyng is
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) CBT is a psychotherapy focus on cognitive
restructuring, in order that people can identifying, challenging, and changing
negative thought patterns into more positive and realistic pattern. This research
aimed to determine the effectiveness of CBT in increasing of resilience among
student as a victim of bullying, with randomized pretest posttest follow up design.
Participants were 12 college students as a victim of bullying and have low
resilience score, divided into two groups - an experimental group and a control
group. Data were collected using a resilience scale, analyzed using mixed design
ANOVAs. The' result showed that there was no significant effect of CBT in
increasing resilience among students as victim of bullying. This is thought to be
cause by interaction between member of experimental groups with member of
control groups and the use of the same aitem between pre test and post test.
