Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Pada Pegawai Bank Sumut Medan
Abstract
This study aims to see the effect of Transformational Leadership on Innovative Work Behavior on employees of Bank Sumut Medan. This study uses part of the population as research subjects totaling 251 people. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with data collection method using a Likert scale, namely the Transformational Leadership scale which is based on the dimensions by Bass (2013) which consists of 27 items and the innovative work behavior scale is compiled based on the dimensions of De Jong and Kemp (2003) which consists of 31 items. Analysis of the data used is a simple linear regression method. The result of this study indicates that there is an influence of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior in employees. Transformational Leadership contributed 13.4% results in increasing innovative work behavior in employees. These results indicate that the higher the transformational leadership, the higher the innovative work behavior of the employees of Bank Sumut Medan.
