Abstract

Socio-econimic conditions of society are often described in varions levels a economic progress. Inflasion plays an importent role in determining economic conditions. One of the indicatos to determine the inflasion rate is the consumer price index (CPI). Changes in the consumer price inde (CPI) from time to time describe the level of goods or services for daily household needs. The purpose of this final projct is to apply the Wilcoxon Test to the comparison of the Comparition if the Consumer Price Index (CPI) between the cities of Medan and Pematang Sianta . Then it is obtained from the result that there is a significant difference between the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of Medan and Pematang Siantar in 2019-2021
