Simulasi Penghitungan Biaya Bahan Bakar Alat Mesin Pertanian di Kecamatan Perbaungan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai

Abstract

Fuel cost calculation of agriculture machinery in district of Perbaungan, Serdang Bedagai is still in manual system that will make the calculation takes a long time and not accurate. This research was conducted to get a computer based simulation that will make the calculation faster and more accurate. This simulation was done with using Microsoft Visual Basic versi 6.0. From the result of the calculation in the year 2007 it was found that the total fuel required was 938.499,625 ltr/year which cost Rp. 3.858.529.314 and for the year 2008 it was forecast that the total fuel required was 2.616.103,515 ltr/year which cost Rp.11.567.324.432,481. It was found that the accuration of the forecast for the small rice milling unit was 98,52%, 90,90% for the big one, for power thresher 97,22%, for tractor 89,07%, for 2 inches water pump 93,61%, for 3 inches water pump 99,28%; for 4 inches water pump 60%; for 6 inches water pump 100%.
