dc.description.abstractThe development of electronic devices is currently growing rapidly, many electronic devices can be operated with relatively low currents, such as wireless sensors, cameras, LED lights etc. so new and renewable energy sources are needed and are efficient in their use. The way to obtain renewable energy sources is to design an antenna rectifier (rectenna) that utilizes electromagnetic waves. Rectenna consists of receiving and power harvesting antennas. This research will discuss dualband microstrip antenna with frequency at 900 MHz and 2100 MHz as receiving antenna and voltage doubler as harvesting. This study uses the microstrip line method in order to get an antenna according to specifications. This research is expected to produce a prototype of a dualband microstrip antenna capable of harvesting electrical energy from electromagnetic waves.en_US
