    Pengelolaan Seni Wisata oleh Kelompok Seni Sri Indera Ratu dalam Konteks Pengembangan Pariwisata di Sumatera Utara

    Abstract
    This researh purpose to analyze of an art cultural trope of North Sumatran Sri Indera Ratu, how does they manages of organization, performing art production, and marketing-in the context of tourism world in Noth Sumatra Province, Indonesia. This thesis described of dance, music, and theater in Malay ethnic of North Sumatra, and enlarge the hwwlegde about the tourism and the contribute of tourism art in North Sumatra. This writing based on field work, about the existention of Sri Indera Ratu, which centered in lstana Maimoon, Medan City, the capital of Province of North Sumatra. I use the qualitative methods in tihis filed woks. I choose the key informants: Tengku Sitta Syaritsa, Tengku Liza Nelita, Tengku Muhammad Daniel, and Tengku Muhammad Abrar, the center leadership of Sri Indera Ratu. Generally based on field work, I found the result of management systems in Sri Jndera Ratu Cultural Troupe. The management of Sri Jndera Ratu doing by nucleus family system, especially Tengku Sitta Syaritsa and Tengku Muhammad Daniel family. After Tengku Sitta Syaritsa and Tengku Muhammad Daniel die, the management of this group continued by his son Tengku Liza Nelita. This managemen system based on musyawarah (speaking for dermocracy management), which applied the Malay tradision and Islamic religion. The management of performing art or tourism art, based on dance, music, and makyong theatre, and added by Acheh, Minangkabau, Javanese, Toba Batak, Niasan, and others. The tourism art shaped by human needed both of tourist and cultural background The management of tourism art doing by: (a) adopted the tradition; (b) produced dance and music "new create" based on tradition; and (c) enlarge art non Malay tradition, especially form Sumatra and Java island The marketing management doing with informal and formal networking. The performing art management doing by group, both music, dance, and theater, in stage oflstana (Palace) Maimoon Hall and Sumatra Village Hotel Hall.
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan·untuk mengkaji manajemen organisasi, produk:si, dan pemasaran, pada salah satu kelompok kesenian di Sumatera Utara yaitu Sri Indera Ratu, dalam konteks dunia pariwisata di Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. Tesisi ini mendeskripsikan tari, musik, dan teater dalam kebudayaan etnik Melayu Sumatera Utara, dan memperluas pemahaman mengenai pariwisata dan sumbangan seni wisata di Sumatera Utara. Tulisan ini berdasarkan kepada penelitian lapangan, terhadap eksistensi Sri Indera Ratu, yang berpusat di Istana Maimoon, Kota Medan, Thu Kota Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penulis menggunakanmetode kualitatif dalam penelitian lapangan ini. Peneliti menggunakan pendapat para informan kunci: Tengku Sitta Syaritsa, Tengku Liza Nelita, Tengku Muhammad Daniel, dan Tengku Muhammad Abrar, pusat kepemimpinan Sri Indera Ratu. Secara umum, berdasarkan kepada penelitian lapangan, saya menjumpai temuanMtemuan mengenai sistem manajemen pada Kelompok Sri Indera ratu. Bahwa manajemen Sri Indera Ratu dilakukan terfokus pada sistem keluarga inti, khususnya keluarga Tengku Sitta Syaritsa dam Tengku Muhammad Daniel. Setelah Tengku Sitta Syaritsa dan Tengku Muhammad Daniel meninggal dunia, sistem managemennya dilanjutkan oleh anaknya Tengku Liza Nelita. Manajemen mereka ini berdasarkan kepada sistem musyawarah, yang mengaplikasikan tradisi Melayu dan agama Islam. Manajemen seni pertunjukan berdasarkan kepada tari, musik, dan teater makyong Melayu--ditambah kesenian Aceh, Minangkabau, Jawa, Batak Toba, Nias, dan lainnya. Seni wisata dibentuk berdasrkan keinginan wisatawan dan latar belakang kebudayaan. Manajemen seni wisata dilakukan melalui: (a) mengadopsi seni tradisi; (b) menghasilkan tari an musik kreasi baru berdasarkan tradisi; ( c) memperluas seni bukan Melayu, khususnya yang berasal dari Sumatera dan Jawa. Manajemen pertunjukan dilakuan oleh grup, yang mencakup baik itu musik, tari, dan teater, yang diselenggarakan di Ruangan Istana Maimon dan Ruangan Hotel Sumatera Village.
