dc.description.abstractQuality control is an activity to maintain and to direct so that the quality of products and services can be maintained as planned. In other words, quality control is an effort to maintain the quality of goods produced and serviced, in order to comply with specifications that have been determined at the discretion of the company leadership. To produce crude palm oil (CPO), PT. Torganda Plantation Sibisa Mangatur has several quality requirements, one of them is the moisture, to see whether these quality requirements are in accordance with specification of the product is expected to conduct this research using the SQC (statistical quality control) method.
