This study aims to determine how the impact of ownership of production factors on land area, labor, capital, and expertise on the welfare of the rice farming community in Pasar Melintang Village, Kec. Lubuk Pakam. This study uses primary data, namely data obtained from rice farming communities through observation and distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study used the formula for unknown populations, after calculating the results, the results were 96.04 and then rounded to 100, thus in this study the number of samples used was 100 rice farmers in Pasar Melintang Village. To measure the level of welfare of the rice farming community, it is carried out using the welfare level indicator from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) which consists of eight indicators including income, family consumption or expenditure, living conditions, housing facilities, health of family members, ease of obtaining health services, ease of entering children into education level, ease of obtaining transportation facilities In analyzing the magnitude of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis models were used that had passed the classical assumption test. From the results of multiple linear regression, the variables of land area and capital have a positive and significant effect on the welfare variable of rice farmers, while the labor and expertise variables have no effect on the welfare of the rice farming community in Pasar Melintang Village. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the variables of land area (X1), labor (X2), capital (X3), and expertise (X4) can explain the welfare variable (Y) of 0.451 or 45.1% while the rest is 54.9% influenced by other factors not described in this study Simultaneous (together) testing has a Sig value result. (0.000) < 0.05, it can be concluded that the area of land X1, labor X2, capital X3 and expertise X4 simultaneously (together) affect the welfare of the rice farming community.en_US
