dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted at PT Hilti Nusantara adressed at The Garden Center Building Level 3, Unit 3-11 Cilandak Commercial Estate, Cilandak KKO Street, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee engagement affecting turnover intentions. The approach used is causal and speculative. The sample size for this survey is 43 respondents. The data is processed using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software. Based on the tests conducted, the direct effect significance test shows that the independent variable salary satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (employee engagement). Satisfaction with Pay, Satisfaction withPromotion, Satisfaction with co Worker, Satisfaction with Supervisor and Satisfaction with Work it Selfcan influence Employee Engagement by 38% and influence Turnover Intention by 64.5%.en_US
