Identifikasi Morfologi dan Morfometri Organ Pencernaan serta Sifat Kualitatif Belibis Kembang (Dendrocygna arcuata) dan Belibis Batu (Dendrocygna javanica)

NUGRAHA SIWI , 2013. "Identification of Morphology and Morphometry and Qualitative properties on Wanderling Whisling Duck (Dendrocygna arcuata) and Lesser Whistling Duck (Dendrocygna javanica)". Guided by TRI HESTI WAHYUNI and HAMDAN. Identification of morphologiy, morphometric and the qualitative nature of coat color is the basis of a selection process and breeding grouse. This research aims to identify the main identifier on size and shape as well as the qualitative nature of wanderling whistling duck (Dendrocygna arcuata) and lesser whistling duck (Dendrocygna javanica) also to domestication. Wanderling whistling duck examined as many as 10 tails and lesser whistling duck examined as many as 10 tails. Data were analyzed using Principal Component Analysis to aid Software Statistical Package of Social Science ( SPSS ) to determine the size and shape of the main identifier organs both types of whistling duck. The results showed that the primary outside organ size of wanderling whisling duck (Dendrocygna arcuata) is the length of the wing and the identifier is the long form of the organ beyond the third finger. The main identifier length of the organ in the digestive tract is a long small intestine and the main identifier is the long form of the large intestine. The main identifier of size and weight the organ in the digestive tract as liver. The main identifier outside organ size of lesser whistling duck (Dendrocygna javanica) is the length of the tibia and the identifier is the long form of the organ outside the wing. The main identifier the size of the organ in the digestive tract length is the length of the small intestine and the main identifier is the long form of the large intestine. The main identifier on the size of the weight of the organ in the digestive tract is the ventrikulus weight and shape are the main identifiers small intestine. Qualitative nature of coat color in both types of grouse there are differences and similarities. Wanderling whistling duck has a thick black line from the head to the neck and a thick white coat color on the back of the body to the tail. Lesser whistling duck has a striking maroon red color on the chest feathers.
