    Abstract
RONY ALVIANSYAH HARAHAP, 2014 “Financial Analysis of Utilization of Corn Cob With Bioactivator Starbio Fermentation , Aspergillus Niger and Trichoderma viride in Ration to the Weaning Males Local Sheep". Guieded by HASNUDI and TRI HESTI WAHYUNI . The experiment was conducted at the Laboratory of Animal Biology Animal Husbandry Program Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra in August to September 2013. This study aims to determine the business value of the use of corn cob on a weaning males local sheep. Sheep are used 20 with an average initial body weight of 8,6 kg - 12,9 kg were divided into four treatments and five replications. The treatment in this study is P0 : without fermented corn cob, P1 : fermented corn cob starbio 0,5 % , P2 : Aspergillus niger fermented corn cob 0,5 %, P3 : Trichoderma viride fermentation of corn cobs 0,5 %, P4 : Aspergillus niger fermented corn cobs 0,25 % and 0,25 % Trichoderma viride. The parameters used in this study is the Total Cost of Production, Total Production, Profit and loss analysis, benefit cost ratio ( B / C ratio ) and income over feed cost ( IOFC ) . The results show the average of the highest income analysis is the P1 treatment gives a profit of Rp. 107.382,68 and the smallest is the loss P0 5.554,38. The average benefit cost ratio ( B / C ) is the highest P1 of 1,19 and the smallest in the P0 treatment by 0,99. Mean income over feed cost ( IOFC ) on the treatment of 160.582,68 and P1 lowest at P0 treatment of 47.545,62. The conclusion of this study is the use of corn cobs in local ram feed weaning feasible to be applied in the sheep breeding bussines.
