This study aims to determine the success of artificial insemination in
District Siborongborong, information technology development reproduction in
buffaloes. This study analyzes the success of artificial inseminsi by snapping
estrus in cattle swamp buffalo (swamp buffalo) in District Siborongborong
Utara.penelitian Tapanuli was conducted in October 2015 - February 2016
Siborongborong, North Tapanuli using buffalo in the community in the District
Siborongborong , Samples were obtained as much as 117 birds. After three
months of observation of the pregnancy rate. The method used in this research is
survey by using an analysis using the Statistical program Analysys System (SAS)
and discussed descriptively.
The results showed that the buffalo mud in the district Siborongborong
after P GF2α h o rmo ne i njectio n s 5 mg / m l s econ d , sh o ws s ign s o f e strus w ere
observed in the release of mucus and swelling of the vulva. The successful
application of AI technology is still low because the pregnancy rate for all sample
results obtained 34% and buffaloes in the district Siborongborong still low levels
