dc.description.abstract | The objective of the research ‘ts to analyze marketing strategies to increase sales
at Sugest Kept Keude Matangglumpangdua. The location or place of the research
is at Sugest Kopi Keude Matangglumpangdua, Peusangan Subdistrict, Bireuen
Regency. The research is carried out in July-September 2021. There are 7 people
for informaztts in the research consisting of 1 owner. 1 employee and 5 visitors.
This is a descriptive research, the data analysis technigue is SWOT analysis
which is a form of descriptive analysis of situations and conditions. 77ie general
stages are pre-research stage, field work stage, data analysis stage, and report
research stage. The discussion results show that the average score for internal
factors is 7.69 which shows that iwernal factors are in a strong and high category in
terms of strengths and weakens of Sugest Kopi is very good. The average
score of internal factors is 9.12.It shows that external factors are in a strong and
high category in terms of opportunities and threats of sugest K R!’ ‘ very good. In
regards with this e ort, Sugest Kopi has implemented several strategies to increase
its sales by adding stew variants in the menu to add atraction for
consumers. Sugest Kopi also imreases the number of supporting facilities to
attraM consumers to re-purchase and re-visit by providing old hangout places
