dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the current and expected culture of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Gatot Subroto Medan based on the perception of its employees. This type of research is a non-causality-comparative research, a research that does not directly explain the link of cause and effect. The results of this study indicate that through the results of the OCAI mapping, the organizational culture profile of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Gatot Subroto Medan that is currently perceived is Market culture with a value of 37%, followed by Hierarchy culture with a value of 34%. Meanwhile, the expected cultural profile of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Gatot Subroto Medan expected in the future based the perception of its employees is still Market culture, but with a lower percentage of 34% from the previous 37% followed by Hierarchical culture which also decreases from 34% to 33%. Although there is no difference in the expected cultural profile in the future, overall respondents agreed to expect an increase in the familial character found in the work environment which is based on teamwork, human resource development, and an open work environment that allows everyone to interact and share. This can be proved by looking at the Clan number which increased from 19% to 23%.en_US
