Research has been done on converting analog data into digital data using the
ADS1115 component. The design of this tool serves to get a voltage value reading
from Arduino which is able to change 10 bit precision data and with the ADS1115
component it is able to change the precision voltage reading value up to 16 bits.
ADS1115 is able to read voltages up to 0.07 mV per bit from the datasheet. The
small voltage per bit affects the ADS1115 to read the voltage value at a speed of 16
bit precision which tends to be a bit slow. The use of Arduino can be operated with a
voltage of 5V, so that the use of Arduino in ADS1115 interface research needs to pay
attention to the input voltage to get a precision voltage reading of up to 16 bits. By
comparing the measurement system with a precision of 16 bits with 10 bits, on
ADS1115 it can be stated that the precision of 16 bits gets a value that is more
sensitive to the measurement of the voltage per bit, where in the voltage variation the
resulting ADC value is also able to read the input voltage value up to 0.07mV.
Compared to 10bit precision which is no longer readable and the perbit voltage ratio
is greater.
