Data Envelopment Analyis (DEA) is a non-parametric mathematical programming technique
that is useful for measuring the efficiency of the Decision-Making Unit (DMU) of an
organization. The DEA model invented by Charnes, Cooper and Rhodes (CCR) is known as
DEA-CCR with multiplier is useful for determining the weight value of each input and
output variable from the evaluated DMU, but it is not sufficient to measure efficiency
optimization. To find efficiency optimization by obtaining the weight value of each DMU as
a reference to obtain changes in the value of the evaluated DMU input and output variables
so that the efficiency level of the DMU is evaluated, it is necessary to change the model form
into a modified DEA-CCR model called the envelopment. This thesis shows how to modify
from Model-CCR with multiplier into Model-CCR with envelopment. Then displays the
results of the efficient level of DMU which is evaluated as a result of obtaining the weight of
each DMU from the computational results of the LINDO application. Illustrations of changes
in input variables and output variables are shown in the form of tables and figures before and
after the changes. The modified DEA-CCR model can also complete the super-efficiency,
effectiveness and productivity of the DMU.
