Uji Toksisitas Deterjen Cair terhadap Benih Ikan Mas (Cyprinus carpio L)

Abstract

Liquid detergent is one of the waste that goes into the aquatic continuously. Liquid detergent containing alkyl benzene sulphonate which are difficult to decompose in the waters and Can be harmful to aquatic oraganisme. This Research aimed to know LC50 value of liquid detergent and the effect of liquid detergent on survival rate, Growth Rate, and feed efficiency carp seed. done in July - December 2013 in the department of agriculture and marine Medan. This Research use carp seed size 5 – 6 cm. This research was conducted in three stages Introductions test, Definitive Test, Sublethal Test. The Results of introcutction test have upper threshold value (N) 100 ppm and below threshold value (n) 10 ppm. Concentratioon of definitive test is 0 ppm, 17,68 ppm, 31,62 ppm, 56,23 ppm, 100 ppm, results of LC50 in definitive test are 44,66 ppm. Concentration of sublethal test are 0 ppm, 1,3 ppm, 2,7 ppm, 4,0 ppm. The results of sublethal test significant efect on growth rate, survival rate, and feed efficiency of carp seed. Water Quality during reseach is DO decreases, temperature rising, and pH not fluctuated.
