Analisis Ekonomi Uji ransum Berbasis Pelepah Daun Sawit, Jerami Padi dan Jerami Jagung Fermentasi dengan Phanerochaete chrysosporium Pada Sapi Peranakan Ongole

Abstract

Lamtiur Manurung., 2008 ” The Economy Analysis of Experiment Rations Based with palm oil rib, rice stubbles and corn stubbles was fermentated with Phanerochaete chrysosporium for Beef of Peranakan Ongole” under advices of Ir. Armyn Hakim Daulay, MBA as supervisor and Ir. Iskandar Sembiring, MM as co- supervisor. This research was conducted in Kebun Laras PTPN IV, Serbalawan sub-district, Simalungun district during three month from 27th August until 20th November 2007. The objectives of this research was to know the value economy of ration Based with palm oil rib, rice stubbles and corn stubbles was fermentated with Phanerochaete chrysosporium for Beef of Peranakan Ongole, that seem from the total of production cost, the total of production income, profit and loss, benefit cost ratio, break even point of price and break even point of production volume. The experiment was using completely randomized design (CRD) by three treatments and six replications, where the treatment were P1 (rations based palm oil rib fermentation with Phanerochaete chrysosporium), P2 (rations based rice stubbles fermentation with Phanerochaete chrysosporium), P3 (rations based corn stubbles fermentation with Phanerochaete chrysosporium). The result of this research showed that given rations based on palm oil rib, rice stubbles, and corn stubbles fermentation with Phanerochaete chrysosporium in feed giving not significantly different to the total of production cost, the total of production income, profit and loss, benefit cost ratio, break even point of price and break even point of production volume. In conclusions, make used of rations based on palm oil rib, rice stubbles and corn stubbles was give economy value so recomeded the location of livestock farm on easy to get in garden location, rice stubbles location and corn stubbles location.
