and competitive, requires companies to be more responsive in order to survive.
Companies that want to survive must face these changes with their respective
strategies. In achieving its goals, every agency really needs good management. In
connection with efforts to achieve the goals of the agency, the Leadership Style
and Work Motivation applied by the leader must be appropriate, because these
factors play an important role in achieving the agency's goals, namely the
achievement of good performance. The purpose of this study was to determine
and analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee
performance at PT. Askrindo (Persero) Medan branch. The population in this
study were 35 people and all of them were used as samples with a saturated
sampling technique. Research data obtained from interviews with employees of
PT. Askrindo Persero Medan branch and distributing research questionnaires. The
analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this
study indicate that simultaneously leadership style and work motivation have a
significant effect on employee performance at PT. Askrindo Persero Medan
Branch Partially, the variables of leadership style and work motivation have a
positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Askrindo Persero
