dc.description.abstractConveyor performance in a production process of an industry is really affected in optimizing the production. The use of conveyor is cannot be separated with the conveyor driving motor, so the ultimate condition of the motor should be also be considered for the production process is not stopped which resulted in a relatively big loss for industries with high production levels. Knowing and determine the condition of the motors that will be burdened in a good condition so we can used firu1, logic. Fuzzy logic should be optimized for its use with genetic algorithm to determine which number of motors must run to fit the load. Determining and knowing the motor conditions and determine the number of motors that must be operated aims to optimize the running of a conveyor system. The results we get in this research is the best optimization of three times the test is going on the second test with the number of motorcycles as much as 60 pieces using a voltage of 110 V with bear load j00 kg gain I l.7ok results with the number of motor that live is 12, 19, 20, 21, 26, 32. and 40 .en_US
