Abstract

Political behaviour of the various activities of a person or group in political activities. Political behavior as the activity related to decision-making process and politics. Political behaviuor include internal responses such as perceptions, attitudes, orientations and beliefs as well as concrete actions such as voting, protesting, lobbying and so on. Political perceptions related to the description of a particular object, whether the statement, the information of something, or a picture of the object or the political situation in a certain way. This thesis has been carried out in the Kelurahan Pusat Pasar, Kecamatan Medan Kota. The purpose of this study to describe the general behaviour of the Chinese people by their political preferences on the 2010 election and to determine the level of their partisipation in these activities. In the present study, the population of voters who came from the Chinese people in kelurahan Pusat Pasar, kecamatan Medan Kota. The subject for this research is done people who are at last17 years old or who are married. And the methodology of this research is a deskriftive kualitatif method, that by literature and research and interview. The results obtained is that the ethnic factors of the Chinese people in Kelurahan PUsat Pasar, Kecamatan Medan Kota, in the 2010 election has not axist
