This research titled organizational culture and patterns of interaction
(kolerasional studies on the influence of organizational culture on employee
interaction process bhabikamtibmas Polsek Telun Kenas) as for the purpose of
research is to examine how organizational culture and employee interaction
patterns Bhabikamtibmas Polsek Telun Kenas. Theories that are considered
relevant in this research is the study of organizational communication,
organizational culture and organizational interaction. This research uses a
correlational study. Population in this study were employees of the polise
station Bhabinkamtibmas Telun Kenas than is numbered 30 people. Considering
the number of population of less than 100 people, the researchers took samples
of the ebtire population segai research (total sampling) data collection
techniques used in this study in two ways. Literature study and field study. This
quantitative data analysis using statistical methods using Spearman Rho
Coefficients. Hypothesis test results obtained figures 0.977. This means
accepted hypothesis is Ha, that there is the influence of organizational culture
on employee interaction process Bhabinkamtibmas Polsek Telun Kenas that
means there is a very strong relationship between organizational culture on
employee interaction process Bhabinkamtibmas Polsek Telun Kenas.
