dc.description.abstractPerkebunan Melati PTPN. II. Perbaungan, Serdang Bedagai, is one company that is engaged in the plantation (plantation), which uses a lot of energy human resources to drive the business operations that operate long enough where companies try to continue to improve employee morale in an effort to grab all the opportunities that exist , providing maximum production output to companies and countries also to be able to face the challenges of a competitive business environment. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employee morale. This research was conducted at the office unit PT.Perkebunan Nusantara II Kebun Melati Perbaungan, Serdang Bedagai. The method used in this research is associative with a quantitative approach with a view to examine the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to employees who are in the Office unit PT.Perkebunan Nusantara II Kebun Melati that has been determined as 49 people. The analytical method used is composed of classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study showed that of the multiple linear regression analysis, regression coefficient is positive organizational culture because it has a coefficient of 0.473. While the regression coefficient Motivasibernilai variable positive because it has a coefficient of 0.176. If the organizational culture and work motivation is further enhanced penimgkatan it will affect employee morale. The test results determinant coefficient (R2) Adjust the amount of R Square is 0.865, meaning 86.5% variable employee morale can be explained by the variation of the independent ie, a variable of organizational culture, motivation. While 13.5% is explained by other variables not included in the study. Relating to the significance of organizational culture on the motivation, should the company, especially in the management of the company reinforce the culture of the organization, for example, by giving employees the opportunity to innovate in the work, and support employees in order to increase the productivity of the company.en_US
