dc.description.abstractEach business unit has a goal to survive and develop, by maintaining and increasing profits. These objectives can be achieved by improving the performance and compare it with other similar business and superior. This research was conducted at the Poultry Broiler ArjoSaragi. The phenomenon that occurs is the high production costs incurred in each period of production. The purpose of this study is to determine the benchmarking analysis on the cost of production so as to reduce production costs in Poultry Broiler ArjoSaragi. In this study, the method used is comparative descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data were obtained from interviews and literature study. Based on benchmarking analysis of the production cost can be obtained that Poultry Broiler ArjoSaragi decreased production cost of Rp. DOC 263 968 214 for 6000, and for the DOC issued Rp. 43 994, to Rp. 216 855 714 for 6000 DOC or Rp. DOC 36 142 to one, it indicates there is a decrease in the production cost of Rp. 47.1125 million.en_US
