    Abstract
Tilapia is one of the freshwater fish that has a relatively fast growth and is easy to cultivate. One of the factors that become an obstacle in tilapia cultivation is that the feed that is often used by the community has a relatively expensive price, so many cultivators are looking for additional alternative raw materials in feed production. Mangrove Leaf Flour (Avicennia Marina) is one of the raw materials that is quite effective in reducing feed production costs. This research was conducted from October to December 2021 on Jl. Seroja VII, Gg Selaras No.9, Tanjung Selamat, Medan City. The experimental design used was factorial randomized block design (RAK) with 3 factors and 3 replications, namely P0 (100% commercial feed) P1 (90% commercial feed + 10 % Mangrove leaf meal) P2 (80% Commercial feed + 20% Mangrove leaf meal The second factor is the feeding rate with three levels, namely F1 (Feeding Rate 3%), F2 (Feeding Rate 4%) and F3 (Feeding Rate 5%). This study was conducted for 60 days of rearing to determine weight gain, length growth, Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), survival rate, and water quality. The results showed that the addition of mangrove leaf meal (Avicennia Marina) to commercial feed with different feeding rates showed there was a very significant difference. The results showed that the best treatment was P2F3 treatment (80% commercial feed + 20% mangrove leaf meal with 5% feeding rate) which resulted in average length growth a Tilapia fish 3.1-4.4 cm, weight growth of 27.08 g with a survival rate of 96, 67%
