Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja ( K3) Bagi Karyawan di Ptpn Iv Dolok Ilir Kecamatan Dolok Batu Nanggar Kabupaten Simalungun

Abstract

This study aims to identify the evaluation of occupational safety and health programs for employees in a company, as well as benefits obtained by these employees. Research on the evaluation of safety and health implementation begins with identifying the inputs and processes of the occupational safety and health program, then identifying the outputs and impacts of the implementation of the occupational safety and health program. This research used the method of mixmetode research, where the data collection is done by questionnaire, interview and observation so that it can dig deeper about the evaluation of the implementation of occupational safety and health program. As the object of this study is related to this research and permanent employees, both normal and disability who work in PTPN IV Dolok Ilir. The results obtained from this study stated that the five elements of the implementation of occupational safety and health programs in PTPN IV Dolok Ilir namely Workload, Job Training, Safety and Health Working Hours, Working Hours And Personal Protective Equipment, already reflects that the implementation of safety program and occupational health PTPN IV Dolok Ilir has been in accordance with the expected, desired and required by employees. In addition, the benefits that can be gained from the implementation of occupational safety and health programs are reductions in employee leverage, protecting workers from workplace hazards, improving the productivity of work, and welfare of employees.
