    Abstract
Gouramy (Osphronemus gouramy) is one of 15 types of aquaculture commodities that have high economic value, but the growth of gouramy is quite long, which takes up to 12 months to reach economic size. Phytase enzyme is an enzyme that can accelerate the digestive process in gouramy and can make the feed given more efficient. The type of feed also affects the fast or slow growth of gouramy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving phytase enzymes on different levels of feed protein on the growth and survival of gouramy fish. This research was conducted in October – December 2021. The experimental design used was a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with 2 factors and 3 replications. The treatment used was E0 (without the addition of phytase enzymes), E1 (Addition of Phytase Enzyme 500mg/kg pakan), E2 (Addition of Phytase Enzyme 1000mg/kg pakan), P1 (Feed protein content 35%), P2 (Feed protein content 30%), P3 (Feed protein content 25%). This research was conducted for 60 days of rearing to determine weight gain, length growth, Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), survival, and water quality. The results showed that the administration of phytase enzymes at various levels of feed protein was very significant (P≤ 0.01) on the increase in weight of gouramy and haven’t significant effect (P > 0.05) to increase in length of gouramy with the best results. the results in the E2P1 treatment, namely the increasing 1000 mg/kg of enzyme feed and protein in the best feed was 35%.
