Abstract

The community plantation having the unique and distinct with the community urban and rural communities.The community plantation having features the complex due so used to system the distribution of work very strong with the shades of feudalism.Masyarakat estates be highlighted in this research are the farm in ptpn business unit bah jambi.As an institution having the role of crimes against public life of the many with a system of the distribution of work to diverse, researchers focuses on of the problems gender or occasion to dance which are generally place women as the party being disadvantaged. Gender problems will be discussed in this research was problems sosio‐kultural in relation to injustice gender occurring in the community farm in ptpn business unit bah jambi. Researchers limit study to laborers lepas (bhl) female a nursery palm oil that is there as an object research.Bhl women a nursery is a community that according to observation researcher has experience unfairness gender because of the system the community an estate that insensitive gender.Further researchers want to see existence of inequality gender experienced laborers women a nursery as with a burden double, subordinated, marginalisi, stereotypes and violence. The purpose of this research is to described life laborers women a nursery ptpn iv business unit bah jambi and to identify and the interpretation of the forms injustice gender experienced object research that is laborers women a nursery palm oil plantations in ptpn iv business unit bah jambi.A kind of research methodology used to research this is the method the qualitative study with the approach descriptive.Technique data collection done by means of interviews and observation and literature study, and interpretasikan on support a literature study so that it can be taken a conclusion. The research results show that laborers women a nursery ptpn iv business unit bah jambi a life that different from women in general .Daily activities as laborers at work and as the wife or mother at home demanding them to careful in dividing time so that both operate would go well .In addition the workers women a nursery also experienced inequities that termanifestasi in the form of like; marginalisasi , subordinated , burden double and stereotyped .
