| dc.description.abstract | The tendency of career women in delaying marriage age in the city of today has become a
very interesting phenomenon, where this phenomenon is no longer taboo is in ligkungan life of
society. Talks about this phenomenon are increasingly warm, especially in this country and received
special and serious attention and attention from various circles, especially those calling themselves
feminists and women observers. Career women are women who make work a priority job. Women
career is also biased to mean women who work so seriously that other interests lose out with the job.
This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive method that aims to understand more
deeply and know how the decision-making process in women who are mature but choose to delay
marriage. In this study using data collection techniques used are observations and in-depth interviews.
There are 7 informants in this study.
This decision-making is based on internal and external factors. Where the factors include
disbelief of men, trauma, too independent, and the environment. Where a woman is able to determine
a decision with an attitude that has been influenced by many things. | en_US |
