Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan (PNPM-MP) di Desa Pulo Dogom Kecamatan Kualuh Hulu Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Utara

Abstract

This Skripsi submitted up to standard usage reachs for college degree Sosial, with title " Execution Effectiveness of National Program of Enableness of Self-supporting Public of Countryside (PNPM-MP) In Countryside Pulo Dogom Kecamatan Kualuh Hulu Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Utara". This research aim to know level of execution effectiveness of activity of woman saving and loan at two group of woman saving and loan. execution effectiveness of Activity of woman saving and loan in this research, seen through 4 indicator, that is : level of quality, level of amount, level of impact and level of time. This research is descriptive research, where sample in this research is all members from two group of woman saving and loan, that is 40. instrument of Data analysis applied is questionaire, interview, and tabulation data written in unique data tables. Data analysis done, hence obtained by result that Activity of Woman Saving And Loan in Desa Pulo Dogom has not effective. That thing seen from 4 indicator in seeing efektivity an activity, that is consisted of : level of quality, where member of group of less easy to get financing and return of instalment of loan. Level of amount, seen from capital received that there are still less in division that is is not flattens to member of group and production only increase a few because of members opening business with capital x'self the numbers bigger than at capital given by PNPM-MP. Level of impact, seen of business type done before and after following activity, type effort for nothing that turns into business larger ones, but only to production of member of group having an effect. Level of time, seen from execution of activity of woman saving and loan most of member is requiring time to 2 year to be able to show result. From research done, hence writer can conclude that activity of woman saving and loan from this PNPM-MP is effective has not program for group of public, and in destroy to poorness
