    Respon Penyandang Tuna Daksa terhadap Pelayanan Rehabilitasi Sosial di Panti Sosial Bina Daksa “Bahagia” Sumatera Utara Departemen Sosial Republik Indonesia

    Abstract
    Physically skilled people are essentially the same as normal human beings, the difference lies in the functioning of a malformed and only partly physical. They also have rights, obligations and the same position in all aspects of life and livelihood. This study aims to determine the response of people with handicapped skill towards social rehabilitation services in Panti Sosial Bina Daksa "Bahagia" North Sumatera. In the case of this response of the handicapped with some skilled guidance aimed at the physical guidance, namely self-health maintenance/cleanliness of the environment, sports coaching, guidance of manners, religious guidance, and social assistance, namely assistance arts, scouting and recreation. This study is descriptive with a population of 51 people, because less than 100 then the entire population become sampled. The data obtained by the spread of the respondent questionnaire and processed by using a single table, and then interpreted according to the research objectives formulated so it will obtain the most dominant response from the data analysis. The results showed that the response of the handicapped of social rehabilitation services in PSBD "Bahagia" North Sumatra is positive response (happy). This is due to the existence of social rehabilitation services can provide protection, knowledge, skills and independence of handicapped persons with hearing skilled/disability services also make recipients comply with all existing regulations so as to implement an optimal social function in community life. This is shown with the full involvement and satisfaction of service recipients of social rehabilitation services performed by PSBD "Bahagia" North Sumatra.
