This study entitled “Business Development Strategy Ayam
Penyet Jakarta Restaurant Jl. Dr.T Mansyur Medan. “This study
aimed to determine the strategy and business development strategy in
Ayam Penyet Jakarta Restaurant Jl. Dr.T Mansyur on Medan.
The method used is descriptive analytical research data obtained
from the primary data and secondary data were then analyzed. Data were
analyzed using SWOT and Matrix QSP.
The results of this study indicate that the priority strategies that
can be applied in developing the business Ayam Penyet Jakarta
Restaurant Jl. Dr.T Mansyur Medan is : improving the operational
processes of production in anticipation of supply of raw materials
production.
