Business development at this time is very important for a good business
venture in the field wherever it moves, because along with the increasing needs of
the community, the competition in the business even more stringent. In business
development would require substantial investment to develop the business. CV.
Anugerah Sejati is a business engaged in the funiture / mabel that invest in the
development of its business. The investment is expected to influence the
development of business and earnings generated.
The purpose of this study to determine the feasibility of the investment
plan CV business development. Anugerah Sejati seen from the legal aspects,
market and marketing aspects, financial aspects as well as the ability of
investment to bring benefits to the amount of capital invested. Analysis of the
feasibility of using Payback Period, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of
Return (IRR) to determine the investment is feasible or not.
The results showed that the business development investments CV.
Anugerah Sejati provide a major contribution to the increase in earnings and
business development. Seen from the analysis using Payback Period which shows
that this business can cover its investment spending about 2 years 8 months faster
than the economic value of the business. Analysis of Net Present Value (NPV) is
positive (NPV> 0) is Rp. 576 758 842. Value Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is
36.2% higher than bank interest loans (13%).
Based on the results of this study concluded that investment in the
development efforts of CV. Anugerah Sejati worthy held seen from the calculation
of payback period, NPV and IRR. Suggestions that the authors give is better CV.
Anugerah Sejati true grace of transport businesses to add distribution activities
can be performed well at certain times, and try to do promotions through social
media.
