that encourage them to consume and abusing the drug. The study was conducted at Al-Kamal Sibolangit Centre" Sumatra is located in the Village District of Suka Makmur Sibolangit Deli Serdang regency . This research is a descriptive study , in which the key informants in this study were those who underwent the process of social rehabilitation of victims of drug abuse as many as four people and one additional informant is one of the social psychologists in a nursing employee Al-Kamal Sibolangit Centre depth and observation . The data obtained in the field and then analyzed by the researchers explained in Qualitative , which in turn can be deduced from the results of these studies . The results showed that the dominant factor in drug abuse in Al-Kamal Sibolangit Centre" Sumatra is peer influence / sepergaulan and not only that there are other factors that cause them to fall into drug abuse as factors of personality disorders , religiosity , age , the presence of the drugs themselves , families , and neighborhoods
