dc.description.abstract | This research explains two variables of organizational culture and social solidarity of
employees. Organizational culture is a shared system of meaning shared by members
distinguishing an organization from other organizations. While social solidarity means the
nature (feeling) solider, the nature of a sense, the loyalty of friends in a group. This study
aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on social solidarity of employees
at Bank Mandiri Prioritas Outlet Perintis Kemerdekaan and non priority Branch Medan
Perintis Kemerdekaan. The research method used is quantitative research, using total
sampling where the Mandiri Priority respondents amounted to 24 people and Mandiri non
priority 22 people. This study is a comparative study and the result of research using SPSS
version 17.00 indicates the number of adjusted R2 or determinant on Bank Mandiri Priority
employees of 0.153 and non priority of 0.649 means the influence of organizational culture
of Bank Mandiri non priority is greater than Bank Mandiri Priority. Based on hypothesis
test criteria, p-value t statistic for organizational culture variable is 0,033 and 0,000 value
less than 0,05, so organizational culture significantly influence social solidarity of
employees at Bank Mandiri Priority Outlet Perintis Kemerdekaan and Branch of Medan
