| dc.description.abstract | Human Resources (HR) is a very fundamental in addition to existing
Natural Resources Utilization of natural resources (SDA) available does not
determine the human can meet all the necesssities of life. Poverty is often
associated with the lack of human resources it self in addition to the low
competition opportunities in the world of work. In this study there are several
factors causing poverty, namely internal factors referred to in this study are factors
derrived from within the individual it self such as low level of education limited
skills or expertise possessed and cultural factors or habits. While external factors
are caused by factors outside the individual itself such as love income or wage
levels , limited employment and jack of social security (pensions, helath,and
death). The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that bamboo
craftsmen to know how to adapts the strategy of bamboo craftsmen in overcoming
the situation of poverty in the village of Sirpang Dalig Raya, Simalungun
Regency. The research method used in this research method use in this research is
through qualitative approach. Technique of data collecting done by observation
depth interview. The result showed that poverty factors occured in bamboo
craftsme in the village of Sirpang Dalig Raya due to two factors namely internal
and external factors, namely internal and external factors. In the condition of
poverty the survival strategy is done with the management of labor assets with
children and wives participate in family economic regulator in addition they also
survive with network strategy that is by borrowing money or goods to relatives,
neighbors or to take (enterpreneur) bamboo basket in their place of work. | en_US |
