Abstract
This study titled Online Marketing Communications Business through Social Media App
Instagram (Study on Online Business Parnasib_Etnik). This research is motivated by the Internet
is used to meet the needs of life through the use of social media. The purpose of this study was to
determine marketing communications conducted by Parnasib_Etnik through social media.
The theory is considered relevant by the researchers for this study is the Marketing
Communications, Business Online, Online Marketing and social media. The method used in this
research is descriptive qualitative, where researchers are trying to describe and analyze the
specific data obtained in the field in accordance with a focus issue to be observed. Information
and data obtained by researchers through interviews with the owner and marketer of online
business products are the object of research as well as through observations made during
research activities take place.
Marketing communications conducted by Parnasib_Etnik using a process in which the
determination of the idea of the message, the message is posted in a photograph through a social
media marketing via Instagram that instagram. communications easy, positive impact and has a
very large role for online businesses Parnasib_Etnik. Although the use Instagram features that
have not been up yet another feature that has a large impact.
Based on this research can be concluded that there are no obstacles encountered by online
shop owners take advantage of Instagram as a medium for marketing communication products. In
